Easter Sunday & Holy Week Schedule

Join us for Easter Sunday and our Holy Week Services this year.

Let us pray: Almighty and everliving God, in your tender love for the human race you sent your Son our Savior Jesus Christ to take upon him our nature, and to suffer death upon the cross, giving us the example of his great humility: Mercifully grant that we may walk in the way of his suffering, and also share in his resurrection; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen. (Collect for Palm Sunday)

January 18th – 10 am Service – Trinity Parish Meeting & Celebration

Mark your calendar for January 18th!! We will have one service at 10 and a “Pure Potluck” lunch. It’s our annual Trinity Parish Meeting and Celebration! Included in the celebrations is the arrival of our Winter Texans and our Family Minister, Taylor Allison.

Some of you have commented that Taylor seems young, so why don’t we card her? I don’t mean check her ID, I mean, let’s supply her with gift cards to Target, Home Depot, or HEB so that she can  get settled in to her new apartment. Bring gift cards to the office this week, so that we can give them to her on January 18

During our Parish Meeting, Taylor will meet with children, youth, and parents, to get to know them, and plan some events for this semester.

Our Trinity Parish Meeting and Celebration will include electing vestry members, council delegates, and a presentation from the Building and Maintenance Discernment Committee. Thank you to Glenn Kues for faithfully leading that group which we started shortly after last year’s Annual Meeting! We will elect new Vestry Members & Council Delegates.

  • Vestry Nominees: Heidi Hagan, Donovan Kypke, Sue Miles; Sarah Jane Wise (for unexpired term)
  • Council Delegates: Bill Strieber, Chuck Castor, Glenn Kues

A Few Items We Will Review:

  • Buildings & Maintenance Discernment Committee presentation
  • Howdy to our Winter Texan
  • Warm Welcome to  Taylor Allison, our Family Minister
